Spacious Bah Apartment

The rooms are of various sizes, from 9 to 12 square meters. Each has a single or double bed, working space and a wardrobe. All five rooms are sharing the kitchen, huge dinning table, bathroom, washing & drying machine and terrace with garden. As you will have a privacy in your room you can hang out with other rommates in the dinning area either watching TV or have a great lunch. In the spring you can also hang out outside where there will also be an outdoor furniture. It will take you about 15 to 20 minutes with bus to get to the city center and a bit longer if you choose to bike.
The apartment has a great location as it is close to the city center but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the neighborhood there are some bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. BTC shopping center is only 6 km away from the apartment where you can grab some lunch and do some shopping. The closest health institution is 5 minutes away. All other turist necessities are in the very center of Ljubljana about 7 km from the apartment.
You will enjoy staying in our Novo Polje apartment and you will love Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016 and Slovenia, European Region of Gastronomy 2021. Admirable and clean accommodation!

Nice place, clean and peaceful. Easy drive to downtown Ljubljana, can also take bus if you don’t want to drive. Martina has information for the bus. We were treated with crepes and homemade jam the first morning which was appreciated greatly by my family.

Everything was perfect, from the bedrooms to the kitchen, there was everything we needed and much more, considering that we were a group of 8 people. I appreciated expecially the parking space inside the structure and the easy experience with the check in. Also Andreja, the home owner, and her husband were very kind and friendly to us, they prepared us breakfast and cakes for our stay! The neighbourhood was quiet and easy accessible, everything needed (bakery, supermarket, bus stop to the centre, pharmacy) was near and reachable by walking. I think if we will need to visit Ljubljana again we'll book this house one more time.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Fine appartement. In good location if you plan to explore Slovenia (if you plant to spend time only in Ljublana, you will find better situated places). Sufficient place not far from highway. Biggest disadvantage I consider is only one toilet which is in the same room with shower. So when 6+ people, it can be time consuming while everyone takes care of his hygiene after whole day. Otherwise, all was fine. Flat was clean with pleasant temperature and enough space. Thank you for hosting.

Extraordinary journey!

The apartment was great for our group, 3 adults and 2 small children. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Check in was smooth, and Andreja, who lives upstairs, gave us the basics of the apartment and instructions on how to enter the property. She made our stay extra special by giving us pancakes with homemade marmalade, vegetables from her garden (which we used for dinner one night), and even some toys for the kids. The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets, and pillows. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a drying rack. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, sugar, and tea, but we had to buy some basics for ourselves, such as cooking oil and salt. There is no oven, but we didn't miss it. There is ample parking behind a gate. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, with a market just around the corner, but we wished there was a bar or restaurant nearby. Overall, a great base to explore Slovenija!

Recomand acest apartament. Noi am venit din România, ne-am oprit pentru o noapte în drumul nostru spre Sardinia. Este ideal pentru 3 familii cu copii suficient de spațios, curat, curte frumoasă,loc de parcare.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el departamento de Martina, tiene lugar para aparcar dentro, la temperatura del departamento es perfecta siempre aunque afuera esté haciendo mucho calor dentro está fresco, hay mosquiteros en cada una de las ventanas por lo que dentro no hay mosquitos. Hay un supermercado a menos de 5 minutos andando y una panadería y farmacia ;y la zona es bonita y tranquila y te puedes mover fácilmente en auto para recorrer Eslovenia, nosotros lo usamos de base para ir a los lagos y visitar otras ciudades, Originalmente éramos 9 personas pero al final sólo pudimos venir 5 por lo que estuvimos muy cómodos cada quien en una habitación, y no fue problema tener un solo baño y en la mesa cabíamos bien los 5, si hubiéramos venido los 9 no hubiéramos podido desayunar todos juntos en la mesa. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Es un lugar ideal para tener de base y llegar por las noches a descansar después de disfrutar de las maravillosas joyas de Eslovenia ❤️🥰😍.

Wir waren zu sechst als Familie dort, jeder hatte ein sauberes, bequemes Bett in drei separaten Schlafzimmern. die Wohnung bietet in zwei weiteren Zimmer noch drei weitere Schlafplätze. Das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche war sauber und der Herd funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Mikrowelle und French Press sind vorhanden gewesen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und das Badezimmer, alles war sehr sauber und top. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Wohnung befindet sich im Südterrain, was für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von drei Tagen vollkommen in Ordnung war. Vor der Wohnung befand sich auch ein Tisch mit Stühlen und sogar mit Überdachung. Alle Fenster waren mit Fliegen Gittern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war super nett, eine sehr nette Dame. wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken.
