Spacious apartment with sea view terrace equipped with barbecue, located in a very characteristic pedestrian alley, just a few steps from the Levante promenade of Ortigia.



The apartment is accessed from the first floor, which is reachable on foot, from which guests will have to go up to the next floor to reach the living area. The kitchen has a rustic style and is well-equipped, with a dining table and a complete oven; it also overlooks the spacious terrace with an additional table where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast or go up to the upper floor to enjoy a fantastic sea view.

The sleeping area has two bedrooms, each with two double beds with two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a mirror, air conditioning and access to a small balcony.

A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub complete the apartment.

Guests can enjoy free wi-fi and heating with a heat pump.

The alley where the apartment is located is very characteristic, it is pedestrian and the maximum distance to reach it with a vehicle is 100 m from the entrance.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Siracusa offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. Within the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solarium areas (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Faunal Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Siracusa and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a limestone cave carved in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical, cultural and scenic beauties. Not to be missed are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your gaze.



Catania Fontanarossa airport is about 60 km away, Comiso Pio La Torre airport 110 km. The Siracusa train station is very close to the bus terminal from the airport and 2 km from the apartment.
