You will be staying in a cozy 3-room apartment with a living area of 40 square meters, conveniently located on the ground floor. The living room features two sofabeds, each measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long, allowing for comfortable seating and additional sleeping space if needed. A flat-screen TV is also provided for your entertainment. The living room leads directly to a terrace, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the fresh air.

The apartment has one bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, there is a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. The bunk beds are 80 cm wide and 190 cm long.

Amenities Included
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing meals during your vacation. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Electric heating is available to keep you comfortable during cooler weather. Outside, you'll find a roofed terrace spanning 8 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the sea and mountains.
