About this property

Beachfront apartment for 6 people, sea and beach views

Apartment in small quiet residence on the seafront, in Agay. On the 1st floor (no lift), this apartment can accommodate 6 people close to sandy beach, shops and restaurants. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen US equipped, a bedroom with double bed 160x200 and bathroom, and separate toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds and shower room, also with separate toilet; a scullery (with washing machine, dryer, small extra fridge, ironing board, etc.), and a beautiful terrace of 20m ² sunny, facing the sea. It is rented with a garage for a car, it is possible to also drop bicycles.
Small shops (mini market, catering, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are at the foot of the building, the beach of Lido is just in front of the residence, everything can be done on foot.
The city center of St Raphaël is about ten kilometers away and Agay SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

October in Agay

Great apartment across the street from the beach with small supermarket and bakery right next door. Apartment has own parking lot/garage. Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is as described. In October the street and beach area were quiet at night, but so was all of Agay. The mattresses in the small bedroom were old and uncomfortable. Communication with the rental agency was in French with slight delays but no major problem. Lots of opportunities for hiking in the Esterel Massif. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell mit großen Fenstern und Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche / Geschirr ist sehr reichhaltig.Die Betten sind gut, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und das Esszimmer sehr praktisch mit großem Tisch. Der grosse Balkon war super. Ein Manko: Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, trotz der hohen Reinigungsgebühr, (Staub, Fenster, Bäder). Wir würden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen.

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Meer

Sehr gute Lage in der Bucht von Agay, die Möbel sind zwar nicht mehr die neuesten, aber viel Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in der Wohnung. Toller Blick über die Bucht von Agay und ein super Bäcker/Konditor direkt nebenan.

Schöne Wohnung mit Traumblick und direktem Strandzugang

Die Wohnung lebt von Ihrer Lage und dem schönen großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber, alle notwendigen Geschäfte und eine genügende Anzahl an unterschiedlichen Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend, etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Sauberkeit vom Geschirr wäre wünschenswert. Alles in allem ein hervorragender Platz für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub.
