This centrally located villa is a great choice if you want to be a stone's throw from all the amenities of Santo Tomas. The beach is just across the road, plus the shops, bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes' walk away, This 5 bedroom villa has a large private, gated pool and has partial sea views from the raised terrace where you can enjoy this magnificent setting. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Santo Tomas is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Island of Menorca. The long stretch of beach has stunning views over the sea towards the neighbouring island of Majorca and at night you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the waterside restaurants. The centre runs parallel to the beach and is dotted with hotels, bars, restaurants and shops as well as sporting activities. The charming village of Es Mijorn Gran is also within easy access by car.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
