Enjoy the Mediterraneum in this peaceful and centrally-located place.
With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this villa is perfect for large groups. It has A/C in 4 bedrooms, heating throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen and WiFi.
Outside there is a swimming pool, barbecue and spectacular sea views.
Located very close to all local amenities.
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearics (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding routes and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahon, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and its fun evenings on one of its terraces.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
