Only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat, this impressive 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa is a great choice for anyone wanting to leave the car at home. A good choice of shops, eateries and beaches are all easily accessed on foot and WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

The areas of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat have merged over the years to form one of the islands largest resorts, with a choice of great beaches and a huge selection of shops and eateries, as well as a waterpark! Villa Sebastian del Mar is only a short walk from the centre and nearest beach. The islands' old capital of Ciutadella is also nearby and is definitely worth a visit, a short car journey or bus ride East.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
