Cala Picas Beach and the centre of Calan Forcat with a choice of shops, bars, and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away making Villa Serena Forcat the ideal choice if you do not wish to hire a car. You have the best of both worlds - a perfect location and stylish villa! WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge are included

Villa Serena Forcat enjoys a fantastic location in the sought after resort of Calan Forcat. There are a choice of good bays and beaches in the area as well as a great selection of shops and places to eat - and all within a short walking distance from the villa! The islands' old capital of Ciutadella is a short car journey or bus ride away and is well worth a visit. Villas Ibiza, Gris, Candela and Mares are next door.

Main pool: 10 x 5 mtr, 1 - 1.7 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
