Character barn conversion beautifully furnished and equipped, boasting its own hot tub and plenty of space for the children to run around.. 1 step to entrance.

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed front courtyard garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other property on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. Sorry, no hen or stag parties. There are steps and a pond in the grounds.. From the moment you open the imposing electric gates you will start to feel as though you are on holiday. Uniquely created to offer a wonderful holiday destination, the barn conversions have been sympathetically renovated to retain character and charm, with exposed timber beams and wooden floors, complimented with everyday modern conveniences, providing the discerning guests with luxurious accommodation. Being all on one level, both properties, Woodpecker Barn (ref UK38613) and Tawny Acre Barn (ref UK38614), make an ideal choice for guests wishing to avoid steps and stairs. Tawny Acre Barn (UK38614) is open plan making a very social space, with added benefit of secondary living area with a sofa bed, games station (a popular choice with gamers), and French doors opening onto the garden.
Within the enclosed pretty courtyard gardens is your very own hot tub (available from day 2 after first sleep) and garden furniture to enjoy and a pedestrian foot bridge leads into a one acre meadow (shared use), a great space for ball games.
Those wishing to explore won’t be disappointed as you can be at the gateway to the beautiful North Norfolk coast in just over 30 minutes. Visit sandy beaches, RSPB nature reserves, historical and stately homes, including the Royal Sandringham Estate, open to the public when the Royal family are not in residence. Popular seaside resorts of Hunstanton offers fun for all ages. Slightly further afield is Ely with its majestic cathedral, and the university city of Cambridge. The market town of Wisbech, 5 miles, has shops, supermarkets, plenty of eateries and many other leisure facilities. So whether you would like a holiday home where you can literally stay in and enjoy time with friends and family, or explore Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk, you truly have best of both. Farm shop, garden centre and restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 24 miles. Supermarket, shops and eateries 5 miles.
