Coronation Cottage is a splendid detached property situated in Upwell, Norfolk. Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower, king-size, king-size with woodburning stove and a double, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep eight people. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with covered seating area. Coronation Cottage is a wonderful property is a scenic part of Norfolk.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine provided – with 8 coffee pods, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Smart TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towel inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with a covered seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: Owners have added small picket fence to give a safe area for children, but beyond this there is access to the river at the end of the garden. Note: Some farm vehicle traffic, please take care. Note: This property can not accept Stag/Hen Parties or similar. Note: This property does not accept worker/ commercial bookings. Please note the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property
