This charming period cottage is set in a quiet village with shop and two pubs, one serving highly recommended food. Set just 5 miles from the stunning North Cornwall beaches of Peranporth and Porthtowan.. Ground Floor:

Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Palm Cottage is a charming period home, renovated in 2021 to create a stunning five star holiday home set in a peaceful village setting. The cottage offers perfect accommodation for friends or families with three bedrooms, two double and one single. Complete with a modern open plan kitchen/dining room, thats perfect for rustling up supper, simply relaxing with a cold drink or planning the next days adventures along with a separate cosy living room. Outside there is a lovely south-facing garden which is full enclosed with a small fence and cornish hedge.

The village itself offers a couple of local shops, a village inn and a butchers shop. St Day is perfectly located to explore this wonderful area, from the stunning natural beauty of North Cornwall’s coast, with beautiful bays and coves to the charming coastal towns and village of South Cornwall’s coast. Take a day trip to Falmouth and explore this charming town full of independent shops, pubs and eateries and a great place to book a boat trip to give yet another perspective of this wonderful coastline. Our family of 5 stayed at Palm Cottage for 7 days, we couldnâ€™t fault the cottage it was perfect for us & our 2 dogs. Lovely & clean with good quality bath towels & bed linen. Great spacious garden for the dogs to enjoy :) quiet neighbourhood with an excellent pub within 2 minutes walking distance also not far from the beach either ðŸ˜ƒ Absolutely perfect spot for us to stay, would definitely re-book with no hesitation. My sonâ€™s girlfriend accidentally left her coat behind when we came home but a message to Matt & he sorted it all out for her with no charge! ðŸ˜ big thank you again.
