Lovely apartment in Chaves

Apartment was spotless and modern, with a great location. It’s in walking distance to the downtown area, which has many great restaurants and shopping. The host was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond for us. Will stay again in the future.

Amazing!

Our stay at Pedro's was amazing. The listing is just as pictured. All 3 bedrooms were good size and the bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for my toddlers. Definitely kid friendly with Netflix available on the TV. The kitchen had plenty to get us started and was a good size. The washer also worked well and any amenities we needed to start with were there. Pedro gave us plenty of information and clear instructions on how to check in and out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet no issues there. Pedro also checked in on quite often which was nice and made us feel really welcomed. Would recommend this home to anyone who needs somewhere to stay in chaves. Thanks again so much Pedro we had a great time!!

O apartamento é poreiro, limpo, moderno e bem organizado. A decoração é moderna e chic. Os quartos são grandes e a cozinha tem tudo que a gente precisa. Bem situado e calmo. O sistema da caixa de chaves é bem pensado e prático. Só tenho 3 críticas: não é casa particular mas apartamento. O anúncio publicado é enganoso. Paguei um apartamento no primeiro andar ao preço de uma casa (mais caro que no Algarve) e não pude usufruir do jardim « privativo » porque também não existe. O vizinho da isquerda deixa o portão dele aberto e qualquer pessoa pode entrar no jardim comun. De qualquer forma o portaozinho da rua não fecha. Não podemos estacionar o carro dentro porque é partilhado com os locatários de baixo que também pensam que é só para eles. Acabamos por estacionar sempre fora. A foto do anúncio mostra o prédio pensando que é uma casa só mas o prédio está dividido em 4 apartamentos. 2 em baixo e 2 em cima. Por fim, trouxemos o nosso cãozinho de estimação e o proprietário cobrou 30 por noite (!). Como qualquer um, trabalhamos muito durante o ano para gozar umas férias boas e tendo o cão fechado no apartamento em vez de ser uma casa com jardim como no anúncio, torna as férias mais pesadas. Indicar « casa com jardim » não é realidade e engana qualquer pessoa.
