Fabulous Villa many amenities.Have Rented and owned in La Manga Club for over 35years. Have to say for nearly 4,000 for 5 nights Resort Management fell short on essentials.No Rubbish Bags No washing material ie there should have been a kitchen Pack and also a food pack. All other Management firms include this. The Pool was maintained by ourselves every day ie Cleaning. No sign of Management for whole period.Toilet paper probably the cheapest money could buy and had to buy. Don’t forget it was 9 persons.Villa was Wonderful but essentials in short supply.Think Resort Mangement fell short of expectations.T.C.Tolley

We are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the availability of essentials during your stay. For bookings made through platforms such as Vrbo, the rental package does not include the full welcome pack (with items such as washing liquid, and kitchen or food supplies). However, we appreciate your suggestion regarding a cleaning pack, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future guests. Regarding the pool, please note that it was fully cleaned and left in perfect condition on the morning of your arrival. We understand that, as leaves can fall during the day, you may have used the net provided to remove them. Nice villa but the electricity shut off every two or three hours. It became rally annoying as things like the dishwasher didn't work when we left in the morning and none of our phones charged overnight, and you had to wander round in the dark to go and flick the switch back on etc. We were only there fore a few days and had already called maintenance out to fix issues with electric blinds so we didn't bother calling them again as we were there to play golf and couldn't hang around waiting for a maintenance guy. Villa was decent enough and bits were really good but others were a little tired and could do with some attention. The lack of a reliable electricity supply and wifi that only worked if you were in the main lounge near the router isn't really good enough for the money.
