One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not permitted. There is a shop and pub on-site, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Notably, the village is located at one end of the picturesque Tamar Valley Railway, which provides regular services along the river bank to Plymouth. The area is ideal for exploring Dartmoor, the beaches of Cornwall's south and north coasts, and the attractions of Cornwall's west coast.
