Joe's place was absolutely perfect for my weekend stay in Montego Bay. It was close to the town and the event that i was attending. I appreciated the hot water too. Ms Phyllis was welcoming and made sure i had anything i needed. I would definately stay again.

Beautiful

The entire property was beautiful including the neighborhood. It’s secure and the neighbors were nice and helpful. Everything was very close by. We were only about 10 minutes away from the hip strip and the beach. When my friends and I decide to come back to jamaica, we will be renting out this property again!

My Home from Home

The property was a lovely property really home from home I stayed their for two weeks it was lovely beautiful place and the caretaker he's such a nice man he welcome us.I love this property I'll definitely stay there again. The appartment feel like I was still at home everything was there I was very comfortable its have Wi-Fi it and cable TV still watching my soaps so that was really lovely thank you very much to let me stay in your home.

.. to spend the vacation. The villa surprised us when we arrived - it looks better than on the pictures. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the good weather.

This property was built by me and my dad for us to enjoy our holidays in jamaica. My dad was to live up stairs while renting out the ground floor to holiday makers. presently we live in london england. We both spend time there at different times of the year so you might even meet up with us personally. presently we have a caretaker on the site who will meet you at the property if we are not around.
