It was a really nice stay. Host was available and helpful when there was a glitch with the door lock on the last night. Small problem with ants in the shower.

The host was okout of the 14 stay I didn’t hear from them or had a check inn to make sure everything was ok or had any top up in towels or shower gel on the day i arrived i had to go and buy my own and the pool was out of order on the complex as well as the food and bar area

Queitness easily accessible

The place has a mole smell to it. And basic stuff like 1garbage bag 1 bath each etc. This is the first place we stayed at like this. Apart from the area which is beautiful this place is a dud. Would i stayed here again no.

Due to the global outage on July 19th, our flight was canceled, and we could not get a flight the next day. I contacted the host that same day and explained our situation. He was emphatic about our situation and refunded the total cost. I would recommend to everyone to stay at Seawind on the Bay if they are looking for somewhere that is affordable and a host who cares about his guests.

Very ideal

My stay was very satisfying. Check in was easy with no issues.i was contacted by the owner Christopher on the day of my arrival and he provided all the information that I would need. The local contact person George readily answered my call on the day of check in. Since I needed some direction to the location. The views from the bay were breathtaking , I spent most of my evenings sitting by the dock to unwind and chill. Everything was remarkable. My only complaint would be that I wish there was more utensils. There was only I dinner fork

The beautiful little “Spot “

This was the perfect place in the perfect location of Montegobay Jamaica. It was so quaint the service was excellent anytime I called for anything needed it was done immediately. Thank you George for being the go to person and always being there whenever or if needed anything..I plan on going back to Stay again, and again, and again,. Loved it..Thank you so much.

Loved the view from the bay. The pictures you see are what you see from the back of the property. Very nice grounds. There's always someone walking around cleaning (sweeping, yard work, etc.), nice and clean neighborhood... Felt Safe walking the sidewalks day or night. ~You needed to supply your own things like trash bags, toiletries, just had 2 towels for 2 people... need more towels, sink was old and needed a good thorough cleaning, small refrigerator, not a great tv package.

Worst experience I’ve had with an apartment. Lizards inside building and bathroom had ants.

I booked the apartment for 10 days and had to leave early. After staying 3 nights I asked the homeowner if I could refund the 7 nights that I did not stay and he said no.

Nice and quite, safe close to HARDROCK.

Great little place to stay. Clean comfortable. Just remember to read your email explaining check in & out. WF-FI turning on TV/Cable. Turning on hot water heater switch. You tired of the resort hotels. This is perfect. Easy on the wallet.

The location was quiet and I felt safe. Perfect locatio for someone who wants to getaway.

My host was very professional and it was easy to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. He checked in periodically to ensure all was well even if I had no issues. My stay was pretty relaxing and only a stone throw away from Hard Rock Cafe and the beach, which was an added bonus. I’ll definitely stay here again and have already made recommendations to my friends and family!

Budget Friendly - Nice having your own kitchen

Wayne has always been quick to respond to any emails and is very friendly. The condo is cozy and budget friendly. Everything was in excellent working order. Kitchen had everything needed, internet worked great and we always had hot water. George (Wayne's cousin) was quick to respond to my inquiries. There is a fee for the internet (about $10USD a week) and Wayne helped me get it all set up. The pool area is nice and clean with a second smaller shallow pool perfect for smaller children. There is a laundry on site where you can do your laundry and the tokens for the washer & dryer are easy to get from the security gate people. The yacht club is beside this complex and has great food. With the Sunset Resort being across the street, there are always tour drivers available just outside the gate. Make sure to negotiate price before you accept the ride. There is a lovely beach access just up the road next to the Sunset Resort. It also has a nice restaurant, comfy lounge chairs by the beach and a pool with a swim up bar. Draw backs would be that it is not close to the main tourist Hip Strip area of Montego Bay and there is no grocery store nearby so you need to take taxi's. The movie theatre is about 30-40 minute walk which is okay if going to the early movie however I would recommend a taxi for the late show and for coming back in the darkness of night.

My husband and I stayed here in December 2012. We were greeted by the owner's brother upon arrival. He was friendly and provided his number in the event that we needed anything. He also gave us a tour of the property which is VERY NICE. The condo is clean and cozy. The description is accurate! The property surrounding the condo has a kiddie pool as well as an adult pool, a mini playground for kids, and an open concept "club house" style building where you can sit in the shade. There are laundry facilities on site, and taxis just outside the gate if you need a ride to town. The condo staff is very friendly and courteous as well. This is the perfect getaway for couples looking to take a more independent approach to visiting Jamaica as you can prepare your own meals and have more privacy. We are actually returning in March! NICE PLACE SMALL AND COSY WOULD STAY AGAIN

Stayed here for 9 days in February 2012 with a friend. Found the property to be clean and the pictures were a true relection of the apartment. I am a regular visitor to the island so this was ideal for me and a very good price. Positives: Great communication from Wayne the owner throughout the booking, it was also easy to find the appartment and collect the key. Location is quiet and safe Stunning views of the port/ships around the back of the property, also nice swimming pool. Amazing private beach across the road in the yacht club which charge a small fee but trust me its worth it, however beware drinks are very expensive. Good location, not too far from town, you could also take a local taxi as they generally do drop offs and pick ups from the hotel across the road. Things for Improvement/General comments Wifi is available but is not free it works on a pay as you go system where you buy a top up voucher. These can be purchased in many shops/garages. The appartment is small so it may not be ideal for a long stay and I do not think it would suit more than two people. The kitchen was very limited with cookware/utensils etc More linen could have been provided. Someone who is not familiar with the isalnd or who has not hired a car may find this location a bit out of the way. However if just want to relax on the beach and you are not bothered about transport this is perfect. In my travelling experience would rate this appartment above budget. Overall view Would stay here again, area very friendly and the appartment suited my budget. Wayne was kind enough to call me when I returned home to check everything was fine. Wayne was very keen to hear my feedback whether negative or positive so 10 points for great customer service and a nice experience.

Cute and Affordable

We stayed here for 4 days this past March. It was a very affordable place and totally good for 2 people, especially if you're not into paying for all the tourist frills. Very safe, right next door to the MoBay Yacht Club (which has delicious lobster Thermidor on Wednesdays!) and quiet neighborhood. Drawbacks were it was kind of far from the action and though there were a lot of cabs, sometimes they'll charge you $20 to go to the Hip Strip even though it should cost $10 at the MOST. You have to walk pretty far to get to a store but there are two places to eat within walking distance (kind of pricey though). The bathroom could've been a bit cleaner for my taste but it wasn't that bad.And for the price we paid it was definitely worth it.

Nice place, will stay here again

Stayed here in Nov 2011 for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean and cozy and the grounds are beautiful. The owner, Wayne, is very helpful and accomadating. Be sure to stay here if you are in the mobay area! I'm going back for anoher visit in July, cant wait!

Great anniversary!

We can't say enough about the week of our anniversary at this property!!! There were ribbons, complimentary sparkling cider and a cozy romantic room. We had lobster thermidor at the Seahorse grill just behind the apartment and it was delictable!!! Everything in the listing was just as advertised and we will definitely be back!!!

NICE!!!!

This was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay and the property was very well maintained. Everything was in working order and the view was beautiful in the rear of the complex. The pictures show exactly what is in and around the property. I would definetly stay there again.

cozy apartment

stayed here with family for 12 nights. apartment was clean and exactly as described.all the applicances were in good working order.the pools were very relaxing. the view from the bay was spectacular especially at sunset with all the yachts on the water.property has lots of flowers and fruit bearing trees and is well maintained.there are restaurants and nightclub close by. taxis (route or chartered) are easy to get to go in town.
