A beautifully finished, very comfortable, self-contained one bedroom flat, just a stones throw from both the beautiful River Stour, perfect for water-sports or fishing, and Iford Golf Course. The flat is contained within an elegant house with private entry and car park space. Optional extra facilities offered are kayak rental, picnic hampers, comfortable slippers and bathrobes. The flat is located 1.5 miles from Christchurch train station and the historic waterfront town.
