Welcome to your charming Moroccan-style farm near Albufeira minutes from beaches!



This unique 20-acre retreat with 3 acres of vineyards blends countryside tranquillity and proximity to summer fun. Picture yourself relaxing by the 12 6 m pool amidst palm trees and strelicias, enjoying al fresco vineyard dinners, or exploring nearby Albufeira. Accommodates comfortably families or groups seeking privacy and nature.



Step inside to five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms ground floor twin suite, first floor two king suites and two twin suites plus a separate annex outside with twin bedroom and bathroom giving everyone comfortable private space.



The fully equipped kitchen opens directly to the outdoor BBQ, while the spacious living/dining area offers cable TV, plenty of sofas, armchairs, and fast Wi-Fi throughout for relaxed group evenings.



Guests love the stunning tropical exterior the 12 6 m pool (heating available April-October, extra fee), vineyard views, charcoal BBQ, massive outdoor dining table and hacienda-style leisure spaces.

Villa was lovely and spacious.

Great sized swimming pool. Nice activities (pool table and table tennis). All the rooms were large with lots of storage and nice big en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. All around a great villa and the hosts were very helpful when required.

The vila is more impressive in-person.

It’s very private, despite shepherds herding sheep and gardener coming by to tend to the garden. Perfectly located from the airport, the city center in Albufeira, and the large Continente supermarket in the shopping mall. Hi man. Thanks for a great stay. Just a heads up: oven didn’t work and the fridge was very tricky to close. The freezer was also extremely cold. Thanks for being a good host.

The property was very clean and well kept with massive rooms and plenty of space for 13 people. The pool was very large fitting everyone in comfortably. Location from Albufeira was a bit far away but no issues with the property itself

Amazing Villa

Great size villa, huge rooms and bathrooms, showers were great and the pool was perfect. We were a mix of family and friends and this villa met all our needs and expectations. Fantastic. Highly recommend. It was clean and easy to find, even after a flight delay that meant we didn't get there until 1.30am.

Great for large group but items to be aware of

The house is perfect for a large group as it has plenty of space for all the hang out together or get some personal space. The pool and yard are beautiful and the property has the amenities for a large group. We were there at the end of the peak season so the following was not in our favor as well as some other items we noted: - there were 2-3 drawers broken drawers in the fridge/freezer - one of the gates didn’t work unless you manually opened and closed it - the internet was very spotty - didn’t work in certain places of the house - there isn’t AC in the main areas, only bedrooms - no gas grill, only charcoal - there’s weren’t enough lawn chairs for the group so not everyone could sit by the pool at the same time - the pool area is poorly lit - the kitchens is very small for a large group - although the pics show twin beds they are actually pushed together so you need to request for twin beds (and sheets) in advance - the annex has an odd smell so hard to convince anyone to stay there Overall the house is great but for future stays the above should be noted. - group of 11 adults and 2 kids (4 and 6yo)

De locatie was top. Geen buren om je heen en een supermarkt op 3 minuten met de taxi. Albufeira op ongeveer 10 minuten met de taxi. De tuin was heerlijk met het zwembad. Echt een top villa. De wifi was niet overal even goed.

Absolutly loved the place it was brilliant if I was to pic at anything is there was quite a few popped light bulbs that need changing in places but it was not an issue at all . 👍

Perfekt beliggenhed i Algarve.

Dette kæmpe hus ligger perfekt midt i en vinmark. Udendørs området er lækkert. Desværre er huset så stort at det ikke var muligt for rengøringen at overskue opgaven. Køkkenet var ikke rengjort og manglede flere greb på lågerne. Kaffemaskinerne var defekte. Gulvet havde ikke set vand i flere uger. Dette galdt alle rum. I alle rum var mindst en lampe ude af drift. Poolen var ikke rengjort. Udlejningspartner AlgarveHolidays er samarbejdsvillige til man har skrevet under på overtagelsen. Derefter er det så overstået. Alt i alt er dette hus alt for dyrt, i forhold hvad man får for pengene.
