Casa Rosa Rossa is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea.

It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia.
Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has a magnificent sea-view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. This small villa is located not in front of the pool but about 25 meters from it which is perfect for those looking for more privacy.

This holiday accomodation in Sardinia can accomodate up to five people and consists of two floors.

On the lower floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a little kitchen, and access to a large terrace with a beautiful sea view, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea while savoring delicious grilled meat.

The upper floor features the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three single beds—a bathroom with a shower, and a second spacious terrace with a sea view.

The swimming pool area is accessible from the lower floor and is equipped with chaise-longues for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

The property includes a private parking space for our guests.

Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and the approval of other neighbours.

In case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is provided, the practice management costs of € 25.00 will be deducted as well as the costs of the transfer
