Spacious three-bedroom-apartment in typical Tyrolean style comes with three bedrooms (two double and one twin room), three full bathrooms with shower, one daily WC.



The Apartment provides a separate living room with seating area and rustic Tyrolean stove, separate complete kitchen with dining table, 2 wide balconies with amazing view on the South Tyrolean Dolomites, free private parking and free wi-fi.



The kitchen is equipped with dining table dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, dishes and more.



2nd floor reachable by stairs only.



Towels, linen and WIFI are available for free.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 6



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



The Jasmin Apartment is located in Selva Val Gardena, heart of the Italian Dolomites, only 50 meters from the ex-Ciampinoi chair lift and from the slope which connects you to the Ciampinoi cableway (Sella Ronda Dolomiti Superski) away, as well as a few steps from the town center. Restaurants and bars are just few steps away.



Ski bus and line bus stop aprox. 200 m from the house away. They drive by approx. every 10 minutes in the peak times and can be used for free. This is the ideal apartment for who wants to ski on the largest ski resort of the world Dolomiti Superski and ride the snow on the legendary Sella Ronda.



You can discover the whole Val Gardena Valley starting from Selva Val Gardena and going on by bus or car to the neighbor towns of Santa Cristina Val Gardena and Ortisei Val Gardena in only a few minutes’ drive.



The hiking trails to the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites start only 50 meters from the apartment.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
