This is a superb apartment, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underground parking, 2 swimming pools, beautiful gardens, walking distance to the beach and the centre of La Cala de Mijas. There are shops and bars within 5 minutes and it is a quiet place to relax for your holiday.

On the ground floor of a two storey building, there is a lift up to the garage area, both bedrooms have two single beds per room, one bathroom with shower and the other with bath and shower, a living room with fold out sofa and TV , also a well equipped kitchen and a spacious covered terrace with dining set and outdoor area which is ideal for sunbathing.

The kitchen is complete with:

- oven

- fridge

- freezer

-dishwasher

-microwave

- toaster

- and everything you need to cook for a self-catering stay.



Excellent Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hairdryer, air-conditioning throughout the apartment, and safe are many things included.



In the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants and other amenities within a 5 minute walk, there is also a Lidl supermarket. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

With street parking as well as underground parking, although a car is not really necessary for this apartment as it has everything you need in the area.

For check-in after 10.30pm there is a supplement of 20 euros payable on arrival, after 00.00 it is 30 euros.

Please do not leave keys inside the door as you may be liable for the cost of calling the locksmith.

Malaga airport is 36Km away (approximately 25 minutes by taxi).

Every Wednesday and Saturday there is an excellent market in La Cala where you can buy spices, olives, fruit and vegetables, sandals, ceramics and other things.

The local bus route is the M-220 Fuengirola- Marbella with two services per hour. It takes 15 minutes to get to Fuengirola and 40 minutes to get to Marbella.

Within 15 minutes by car/taxi you have Mijas Aqua Park, Amazonia zip Line Adventure Park, the town of Fuengirola and the beautiful area of Cabopino.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
