Indulge yourself in this apartment, meters from the beautiful sandy beach of La Cala De Mijas
Airconditioned and with modern appliances, relax with a view that can cover from Gibraltar to the coast of North Africa.
Spend time lazing by the pool, or leave the private, manicured gardens, and step onto the golden sandy beach of La Cala de Mijas and swim in the glistening Mediterrenean Ocean. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
La Cala de Mijas boasts hundreds of amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. The famous Beach Boardwalk is just outside your door so you can walk, or cycle, to Cabopono, Marbella, Fuengirola even further!

The apartment is on the 5th floor with access by Lift and Stairs.

It has one bedroom with a memory foam double bed and its own private bathroom with rain forest shower.
There is a washing machine, and all your towels, including beach towels are provided!

A smart TV allows you access to your choice of entertainment and excellent speed wifi is also included.

Blackout curtains will assist with sleeping, but we are sure that most of all, you will love the location.

There is street parking available, but you won't need a car. There is public transport ( BUS STOP) and a taxi rank nearby. Everything you would possibly need is within a 5 minute walk. Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets etc.

Use the apartment as a base to visit Marbella, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Ronda or some of the famous Spanish Pueblos Blancos. If that is not your thing.... just laze by the pool, or enjoy the beautiful town of La Cala on your door step.

With Spanish markets on every Wednesday & Saturday, or summer night artisan stalls, you can browse their products while soaking in the fabulous La Cala. Ask us about local diving schools, horse riding trips or booking your game of golf!

This one bedroom apartment is new to the rental market and we look forward to showing you just how fabulous it is. We already look after quite a few properties in the area, but are very excited to bring you this newly renovated apartment in a stunningly good location!!

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea view.Very well equipped with nice glasses and cutlery.Great bathroom and shower and good quality towels for beach as well.Communication was on point and a great location 100yards to the beach We will certainly be booking again.

Good communication with the vendor and he catered for our arrival.There’s a super market to the right of the complex which do fresh sandwiches/baguettes made to order which are reasonable priced and delicious.The pool area was clean and never over crowded and quite (until the Spanish children finish school) My wife had taken a Lilo which the pool, rules say is a no, but the pool was empty so she spent a hour floating around until a Spanish lady pointed to the pool rules which is fair enough but it also said no diving and dive bombing but the Spanish children did which is fine they are children but there shouldn’t be one rule for one and one for another.The apartment faces south and has no balcony which I missed when booking the apartment.The only problem with the apartment was the room temperature! It was always boiling hot even though the A/C was on full, but it didn’t help that the condenser for the A/C was also in the same room, not outside. The A/C was on a timer max 2 hours. Contacted the vendor who said he would get an engineer to check A/C, which he did, who said the A/C was working ok! The vendor supplied another fan. The room was unbearably hot so we purchased a thermometer, please the see picture 35 degrees at midnight. If the A/C could be sorted we would stay again but not until. It’s one thing that is essential on a holiday and what is expected is to have a good night sleep which me and wife did not, all week!

Lovely apartment very close to seafront

As a couple this property suited us very well, well equiped, clean and close to lots of restaurants and small supermarkets. We ate out all the time and had plenty of choice within a 10 minute walk. The sea view is nice and everything was peacefull, no noise. There are 2 lifts so a higher floor was not an issue. It rained a couple of days whilst we were there so we never used the pool, but it looked lovely.

We had a great stay and will be back

Very clear instructions were provided to get to the apartment, with us arriving late at night. Really helpful information of local amenities. Lots of provisions, including tea bags for a nice cup of tea when arriving late at night! We hope to be back very soon.

4 night stay august/sept

Overall our stay at the property was excellent. The facilities were second to none. An iron, hairdryer and even beach towels were all provided. Unexpectedly. Our issue was the air con. The unit should be outside and not inside the apartment. The cold air was non existent and the apartment was unbelievably hot and stuffy at all times during the day we were out but at night was unbearable

Apartment was fantastic as per the ad and host Brian was very helpful and proactive in providing information on local events and places to visit. Easy check-in check-out process.

Fabulous stay

Very individual service provided by Brian, the property management company director who met and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was in a brilliant position, just steps away from the beach. It is in a quiet residential area which we know well. The flat was spotless and very well equipped. The grounds and swimming pool were well kept. You can walk into the main area of La Cala along the boardwalk, it’s a gentle 5 minute stroll. The are numerous restaurants and a few bars to enjoy without the hustle and bustle of a big resort. We love it there and would highly recommend this apartment
