I sent a message to the host several days ago about not liking the replacement apartment we were put in. No one ever responded to me.
Last day, the converter we were given to use for kitchen appliances turned out to be a fire hazard.

Very good location, big apartment. The small issues we had where dealt with immediately. Only draw back was the traffic noise. With the windows closed not bad though.

Yes, this apartment is in a convent location close to a bus stop and many attraction within a 10 minute walk. First at check-in there was an issue with receiving the key and took over an hour to get a hold of someone. Once in the building the lights don’t work so you need to walk in darkness to find the apartment. Apartment was spacious but nothing special. Our last night we had major plumbing issue shower not draining, so gross but still no response from management. Asked to keep our bags in the apartment for extra hour, and wanted to charge another 60 euros! Might be better to stay somewhere else.

Great location and huge space

I recently stayed here during my trip to Florence. I was pleasantly surprised at the location, size, decor of the apartment. The patio was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Check in and communication were both great. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

This large apartment is located in a great neighborhood with restaurants and cafes, weekly craft and flea market in a park around the corner, gelateria, shops, grocery stores, and a mercato - all within minutes of the apartment. Central city sights are an easy walk from the apartment. There was an issue with cleanliness when we arrived which the property manager resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
