Magnificent apartment in a beachfront urbanization, with direct access to the beach. Renovated in May 2022, large living room and terrace with views of the garden and pool, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor, no lift. Nice pool, parking area, paddle, 24 hour security, tropical gardens, from June to October enjoy a bar-restaurant in the pool. Very close to well-known restaurants and beach bars, which you can reach by walking along the sea along the Senda Litoral.
