Good location and plenty of room

The property is great for groups of friends or a family get together. It is well furnished and there is plenty of space. It is really close to the football stadium and in easy walking distance of other attractions. We did have some issues with check in which was pretty stressful but once I got hold of an emergency number for the property agent, we were able to get in. Would stay again!

Great for a family group

We found this property what we needed for our 4 day stay in Blackpool! It’s easy to get all the main areas of town and relatively central! There wasn’t a huge amount of communication with the Owner and lack info about how to leave the property so we guessed and seemed ok! We had a slight issue with the boiler which we were lucky to know how to fix! Last thing was it’s advertised as theee bathrooms and three showers - only 2 showers! The house was clean and the rooms were all very spacious with large TVs in the dining room, living room and a couple of bedrooms! Would deffo stay again!

Family trip

Excellent location. In the middle so turn left to pleasure beach and sandcastle, turn right to the tower and so forth. Parking for more than one car means using nearby carparks which can be expensive. For some reason the skylight windows were left open and on the day of our arrival it had been raining so this meant we had water all over the carpet and quilt so the floor was damp all weekend. Some issues with the windows locking but we sorted them easily. Its a good place for location, plenty of space and okay value for money.

Stay Away!!

The description and photos of this property are wholly inaccurate. The property is nothing like the photos depict and is dirty, furniture falling to pieces, backyard area unusable as the outside bench was broken and looked as thought it had been set alight to, drains leaking all over the yard, carpets filthy. I could go on and on! Stay clear and don't waste your money!!

Family break disappointment

Could not get the front door open. Tried calling DY properties no reply. 20 minutes on doorstep got in. Property was nice, spacious and just what we needed. Kids were so excited. Went to go out to sandcastles swimming which was pre booked, could not get front door to lock. One adult had to stay in which reduced our adut to children ratio for swimming! 2 of the kids cpuld not go. Disappointing is an understatement. We saved hard to spend 2 nights ,3 days on blackpool with the kids,1 with autism. Next day our washing got stuck in the washing machine. Kids clothes, our clothes and we could not check out. Someone eventually came to help and told us the machine doesn't work and we should have been told. Still waiting on a response from Dy properties and also the return of my deposit.
