This reverse-level apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. There is also a snug room with a TV and selection of games. There is one lower-ground-floor bedroom with a king-size and bunk bed, along with a ground-floor shower room. There is unrestricted roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. apologies, this property does not accept smoking. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. Rothlea (Flat 1) is an ideal base for a family escape to the Welsh coast.

This classic seaside village has a wide range of stores, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a large marina that can accommodate 400 boats. The town has two beaches, one of which has been awarded the Blue Flag, and is known for its sailing and watersports. Criccieth, with its mediaeval castle, and Abersoch, a charming seaside town known for its magnificent beaches and watersports, are both close by.
