The exterior of this beautiful house continues in the theme of the Cala d'Or white houses whilst the interiors are stylish, fully air-conditioned and full of natural light. The accommodation is distributed over a single-storey (the upper floor is the storage area of the house) and comprises a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors that open out to the terrace overlooking the pool and Marina. A fully equipped modern kitchen with an induction hob and built-in appliances. Three bright double bedrooms with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace/garden plus two bathrooms. A barbecue is provided for grilled meals and the covered terrace is a perfect place for al fresco dining and relaxing with family/friends.
