Several seating areas below the tree will be perfect for your first-morning coffee or a cup of tea while contemplating observing the enchanting Adriatic.The splendid 5-star villa has 5 bedrooms and can accept up to 12 persons. There are 10 main beds and 2 additional beds at disposal. Also, Villa Aerius is ideal for 2 families since it has bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room on each floor.The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a rustic kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. The first floor has a modern kitchen, a cozy living room with a mesmerizing sea view, three bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.All bedrooms have king-size beds, a flat TV, air conditioning. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms have a park view, while three bedrooms have a sea view. In two bedrooms it is possible to separate the beds.The large outdoor dining table will be ideal for a pleasant family gathering. The grilled meat paired with excellent Dalmatian wine is a must when in Dalmatia.Pets are allowed on request with a possible surcharge. There are 5 parking places behind the villa. Fitness equipment is also at disposal, as well as satellite channels, badminton, kayak and bicycle.When on Brac we recommend visiting Golden Horn beach in Bol on the southern side of Bol, visiting Lovrecina bay on the northern side of the island. Blaca desert with a monastery from the 17th century and a stonemasonry school in Pucisca are also worth visiting.
