Rooks Acre is an attractive bungalow resting on the Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack of logs for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Non-enclosed garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 3.4 miles. Note: The garden is not enclosed so supervision of dogs and children required at all times. Note: The property is located on a privately managed estate. Note: Due to the rural location, mobile reception may be poor but Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and can be used for internet-based calls

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
