- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building, and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartment—your privacy is respected.) If you do not follow this rule, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund, and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

- Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or check in earlier, get in touch with us in advance; we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges ÂŁ30 for early check-in and ÂŁ12 for bag drop-off to get this organized with the cleaning team.

Great property for sightseeing trip

Lovely large property, felt spacious with 6 of us Clean and really well equipped Great communication with the hosts and good information pack about the house and things to know which was really helpful 10 minute walk to the tube we were able to use it as a brilliant base for our sightseeing trip Highly recommend

A stay with no regrets ❀

We all had a great time staying here! The place is very clean, appliances were enough for all of us. The place was comfortable and cozy. The check in was very easy and we had no problems with it. Also greeted us with chocolates when we got there. We had enough of all the basic things to cook in the kitchen and also was able to do our laundry. Gerda was a very kind host and helped a lot even before we reached the accommodation. The area was very peaceful, although it’s about 30 minutes to the centre of london but there’s a lot to enjoy and visit between the place and central london. Public transportation are very easy to access and the area felt very safe for all of us even at night. Would definitely recommend this place for your next holiday and would definitely book this place again if i were to go back to london ❀

- le plus important : nous n'avons pas eu accĂšs au logement pour une des 3 nuits rĂ©servĂ©es et payĂ©es. Nous avons dormi Ă  l'hĂŽtel!!Nous fermons la porte de l'appartement avec les clĂ©s Ă  l'intĂ©rieur (un double des clĂ©s Ă©tait dans l'appartement mais nous n'avions pas eu l'info)Nous Ă©changeons par messagerie Abritel avec le contact NourNest de la location qui nous informe que d'autres clĂ©s sont disponibles dans une autre boite Ă  clĂ©s. Avant 20h nous essayons le code fourni mais il n'ouvre pas la boite Ă  clĂ©s!!!!!Nous essayons de contacter NourNest via la messagerie et par tĂ©lĂ©phone pendant plus de 2h... sans aucune rĂ©ponse !!!!A 22h, nous ne savons pas oĂč nos enfant et nous allons dormir!Nous somme donc forcĂ©s de trouver en urgence un hĂ©bergement.Le lendemain matin, nouveau message sur la messagerie nous fournissant encore le mĂȘme code erronĂ© pour ouvrir la boite Ă  clĂ©s !!!ExcĂ©dĂ©s, nous demandons Ă  ĂȘtre appelĂ© par quelqu'un.Nous recevons un appel d'un interlocuteur situĂ© au Pakistan! Il nous fournit un autre code qui lui est le bon. Nous pouvons enfin retourner dans notre appartement et retrouver nos affaires.Nous n'avons reçu Ă  ce jour aucun dĂ©dommagement de ces graves problĂšmes. De plus:- 1 lit pas prĂ©parĂ© sans drap que nous avons dus chercher partout dans l'appartement- de multiples traces sur beaucoup de meubles, de portes- des systĂšmes d'ouvertures de fenĂȘtres en mauvais Ă©tatAinsi, nous ne recommandons absolument pas le logement, voire ces propriĂ©taires.
Le seule fenĂȘtre et elle est bloquĂ©e et vĂ©tuste.
