The modern apartment is situated on the fourth floor of Casa Granada. The property is tastefully furnished and features a cozy dining and living area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with a digital safe, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king-size (180cm x 200cm) bed, an ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, and a window with a Spanish balcony overlooking Avenida Playas del Duque.
The mattresses are 30cm high with pocket springs and memory foam, and two types of pillows are provided: memory foam and hypoallergenic fiber.
The apartment also comes with High-Speed WiFi (300 mbps) connection from Movistar.
