Unique property with lots of space on the coast road from La Oliva to El Cotillo, this Magnificent villa is finished to a very high standard with all the comforts of home and boast one of the biggest private swimming pools you will find in a private rental, All the rooms including outdoor spaces are wired for wifi and Lan connection making working away from home even easier.
All 4 bedrooms are great sizes with good quality beds to guarantee a great night's sleep.
The villa has a great vibe with lots of space both indoors and outdoors for everybody to enjoy. outdoor seating has shade and a coal BBQ, Above deck lounge seating to enjoy evening cocktails and sunsets or to watch the kids in the pool. if you like Yoga then there are many spaces to use all around the villa.
This villa is perfect if you are coming to surf the coast line at El Cotillo, its so close... so are the vibrant cafes and shops in Lajares and La Oliva / Villa Verde is home to some of the best restaurants on the island.
We have also hosted Families who just wanted a quality house in a central location for doing day trips that has lots of space for teens, with good wifi and a great pool, whatever it is you are looking for this house should tick all the boxes.
The pool is heated* (November 1 - April 30)
