Everything you could possibly need

Fab place. Well equiped and easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. Its a 10 min walk at most to a large supermarket and a few restaurants and around 12/15 mins tops to a lovely beach, main town and fab restaurants. We didn't mind the walk at all as very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and wouod be happy to return. Loads of room. 2 double bedrooms with large beds, one with large twin bedded room, each with own bathroom. One double room and bathroom is downstairs. Plenty of outdoor space with pool and lots of sun beds, table, chairs etc. Great value. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The villa is a good size but looking tired in several areas. Outdoor furniture needs a refresh with several chairs wobbly when you sit on them. Kitchen lacked some of the essentials - a tea towel for instance if you didn't want to use the dishwasher. There was only one wine glass so we had to buy more. We also replaced the batteries in the TV control. Our main issue is that there was a cockroach infestation in the villa and on discovering this we contacted the host. The host asked the cleaners to put a treatment down they provided us with a spray. That did not work for infestations and we had to take matters into our own hand. After recontacting the host due to us finding cockroaches in kitchen drawers she arranged for pest control. This resulted in a bathroom being closed off for a night and continually discovering cockroaches in and around the property after treatment. The host was apologetic but we were left very disappointed by the whole experience. The villa was a high cost and we had to live with these disgusting insects. We looked to book elsewhere but there was nowhere available. The villa is in a good location but would not stay again due to the infestation. There was also green stuff in the pool despite the pool cleaners doing their best to get rid of it. Very disappointed.

Lovely villa in a great area

We rented this villa as a family for our summer holiday. It was a lovely spacious villa in an ideal situation with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Veronica was a pleasure to deal with. She went over and beyond helping us. Even posting back items that I stupidly left behind. So thank you for that. I would recommend this villa for lovely relaxing stay 😎

Casa Marta

Firstly, the negatives - I can only think of 2. The wifi wasn't great and the location might be an issue if you're elderly or have mobility issues as it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main strip. This wasn't a problem for us though. The positives - pretty much everything else. 5 of us stayed here; we all had plenty of space inside the house - 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The pool and terrace are great, very spacious with plenty of sunshine and a barbecue. The master bedroom also has a large balcony. The area is nice and quiet at night too. We were dealing with Verónica, the agent, who couldn't have been nicer. She dropped by when we arrived and told us a few things, made a few recommendations and then left us to it - but also made it clear that if we needed anything to just ring or text her. All in all, we all really enjoyed this property and agreed that we would stay there again.
