Located on the ground floor, it has a private garden and a covered veranda, inside it consists of a living room with 2 beds, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
It has a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, Moka coffee machine and fridge with freezer.
Vecchio Faro Piras, located in a particularly strategic and convenient position, is very close to all the main services and is 150 metres from supermarkets, shops and restaurants and 15 km from Olbia airport.
There is free public parking.
