Lovely place, very modern and authentic house

Friendly welcome, beautiful authentic house with modern kitchen and bathroom. Two lovely terraces with tables, bar, seats and sun beds. Lovely pool with cosy garden with fruit trees. Fresh fruit from the garden. Good and quick communication with Elba by app. Close to Mogán, the beach, shops and supermarket. The road in front of the house gives noise.

Lovely get away

We stayed in property 2 for a week and it was just perfect. Elba and her family were really easy to communicate and connect with, the place was spotless with all the extras we needed like kettle, iron, charging ports ….. the grounds are also beautiful with lots of fruits growing and access to a walking route right from the back of the property. The pool is also great with dedicated at areas for each property (although we had to ourselves all week!). Easy access to into Mogan and Peurto Mogan - we had a car but there is a bus stop right outside for this. You can hear the road traffic but others idyllic.

Superb and convenient

We stayed in this property at Christmas 2022, it is ideal for a couple or small family and perfectly located between Puerto Mogan and Mogan village. The property itself is very well and newly equipped with new appliances, a smart tv and excellent internet. While the interior dining/living space is small, the outdoor space is plentiful with two separate eating and lounging areas and a pool just below the balcony area. Having a car is helpful although not absolutely necessary with the number 84 bus stopping right outside the property. Elba is a great host and responded very quickly to a small internet problem at the start of our stay. The views of the mountains are breathtaking at sunset and will not be forgotten Highly recommended

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wer die Abgeschiedenheit und nicht den Trubel der Touristenzentren mag, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist super schön, makellos sauber und die Gastgeber total nett. Jeden Tag gab es frische Früchte und wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend. Hinter dem Haus starten mehrere Wanderwege und bis Mogan sind es 1,5 Km zu Fuß. Dort findet man einen Supermarkt und Bars. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen

Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es gibt vier separate Häuschen, die so angeordnet sind, dass jeder ausreichend Außenflächen (zum Essen, Liegen, Chillen) mit Privatsphäre hat.

Schöner Urlaub, tolles Haus

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, abseits des Trubels von Maspalomas und Puerto Rico. 3 weitere Wohneinheiten jedoch räumlich gut voneinander getrennt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Besitzer, brachten fast jeden Tag Avocados oder Papayas aus dem Garten vorbei. Der neue, beheizte, relativ große Pool ist noch nicht einmal in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Erholung abseits der Tourismuszentren

Meine Frau und ich hatten einen 8 wöchigen Urlaub im Bereich Maspalomas gebucht. Obwohl wir eine sehr schöne Unterkunft gebucht hatten, kamen wir auf die Idee, nach den ersten 4 Wochen auch noch etwas Anderes zu suchen. Dies war möglich, weil wir vor Ablauf der ersten 4 Wochen kostenlos stornieren konnten. Wir fanden dann im Internet dieses Angebot, riefen die Tochter der Familie (Elba) an und machten mit ihr einen Besichtigungstermin aus. Das Haus war bei diesem Termin noch schöner als in dem Inserat. Es handelt sich um ein über 100 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches durch den Vermieter renoviert wurde. Der Flair dieses Hauses ist einmalig. Alles war tipptopp, einmal in der Woche wurden die Betten neu überzogen und das Haus gereinigt. Die Küche war modern und komplett ausgerüstet. WLAN war besser als in mancher Großstadt. Empfang von deutschen Fernsehprogrammen und Mediatheken war mit einem mitgebrachten Firestick kein Problem. Das Haus steht in einem großen Garten, in welchem unter anderem Papayas und Bananen wachsen. Wir durften diese Früchte über die ganze Zeit für uns pflücken. Unser Pool war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch recht kühl, was meine Frau jedoch nicht hinderte, ihn nahezu täglich zu nutzen. Die verschiedenen Stränden (Puerto Mogan, Taurito oder Amadores) erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten. Gleiches gilt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Sparmarkt befindet sich nur 1 km entfernt in Mogan. Da wir oft reisen, haben wir über die Jahre viele Erfahrung bezüglich der unterschiedlichsten Unterkünfte gemacht. So herzliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter hatten wir nur ganz selten. Hier nochmals vielen Dank Elba, auch an Deine Eltern.
