This holiday home is located in a fenced land with mature trees (olive trees, palm trees, etc. as well as various flowers, green plants and an exceptionally designed swimming pool The property also includes a large outbuilding with a laundry room, garage and a cozy barbecue area. Our house was almost completely renovated in spring 2022. It consists of 3 bedrooms with new beds, 2 bathrooms, a completely new kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room with TV and free WiFi. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy and rest all day long. The property is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility who value privacy. In the middle of nature and still only 8-10 minutes by car from various beaches and the town of L'Ampolla. There you will find everything for shopping, boutiques, fine restaurants and a great harbor promenade.

Ein großartiges Haus mit großem Grundstück und tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist tipptopp. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tout est parfait dans cet hébergement : déjà, l'effet waouh quand on arrive, grâce à l'intérieur et l'extérieur, aussi beaux l'un que l'autre. Puis, le confort et la propreté, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. La maison est isolée et au calme, mais on n'est qu'à 10 minutes en voiture des plages, restaurants et commerces. Nous avons adoré la région, animée mais encore préservée du tourisme de masse.Et enfin, on ne peut pas finir ce commentaire sans mentionner la gentillesse et la prévenance de Marlyse, la propriétaire, ainsi que de Maria et son mari, qui nous ont accueilli sur place.Donc vraiment, tout est réuni pour des vacances de rêve !

Wir waren zu fünft für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt absolut an nichts. Maria und ihr Mann, die zuständigen Personen vor Ort, sind absolute Engel und habe uns das Haus in extrem sauberen und tadellosen Zustand hinterlassen. Wir haben schon viele Objekte gemietet, aber dieses Übertrifft alles. Der Pool ist gigantisch, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war stets nett und freundschaftlich. Danke nochmals dafür. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen und wurden herzlich, mit Umarmung und Küsschen, von Maria verabschiedet. Ich kann diese Villa jedem empfehlen der einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub sucht bei dem man sich einfach nur rundum wohl fühlt. Liebe Grüsse von uns allen

Een mooie woning die van alles voorzien is zoals in de advertentie beschreven is, de eigenaars zijn correct en goed bereikbaar, Maria en haar man (contact ter plaatse) zijn zeer vriendelijk en enorm hulpvaardig. Rustige locatie en toch dicht bij de kust en Lampolla. Wij komen graag terug!

Wir waren total begeistert

Wir waren von dem Haus und allem was dazu gehört total begeistert. Es war alles picobello sauber. Das Haus macht von innen einen äußerst freundlichen, modernen und hellen Eindruck und verliert dabei seinen Charme einer spanischen Villa nicht, sehr sehr schön. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man hat seine Ruhe dort und hört Nachts höchstens mal einen Hund bellen, sehr sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe sowie der Check out waren problemlos. Die Haushälterin mit Ihrem Mann waren äußerst freundlich. Man hat dort alles was man für einen ausgiebigen Aufenthalt braucht. Die neue Küche ist der Wahnsinn. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, unsere Kinder waren dort jeden Tag schwimmen. Abends saßen wir gerne bei der tollen Beleuchtung der Außenanlage auf der Terrasse und haben die Ruhe genossen. Der Weg in die Stadt ist mit dem Rad sowie mit dem Auto keine 4 km entfernt. Die Anbindung an die Schnellstraße sowie die Autobahn ist top, dadurch kommt man sehr schnell an andere Strände. Hier ist an alles gedacht für einen schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Volle Punktzahl !

Nous avons adoré villa magnifique calme propre et propice à la détente La maison est équipée comme chez soi et propose toutes les fonctionnalités Le terrain à es ses plantes et ses oliviers est magnifique et alors la piscine un vrai régal L’emplacement est parfait ni trop prêt ni trop loin de la ville pour aller boire un verre manger ou visiter L’avantage pas de voiture ni de passage Nous avons adoré ainsi que l’accueil et la prise en charge A refaire
