1 king-size bed + 2 single beds + 1 double sofa bed.
Situated on the ground floor with a view of the garden, a mere 100 m / 110 yards from the swimming pool.
Light and airy, this apartment is completely private. The open-plan sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed that can fit another two guests if needed. The apartment comes with a lovely master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom fit with a shower. A private patio gives you the ideal place to have a nice meal and relax.
Typical Tuscan exposed beams and arched ceilings are enriched by a shabby-chic interior design.

sehr nette und insb. sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber (wir hatten direkt am Ankunftstag einen Autounfall, sodass wir auf Übersetzungs- und Fahrdienstleistungen zurückgreifen konnten). sehr nette Anlage, gepflegt, ruhig, schöner Pool, tolle Landschaft, landestypische Wohnung Tolles Restaurant Le Mura in Belforte (super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette Bedienung, grandioser Blick) fußläufig erreichbar. Auf ein Wiedersehen ohne Stress :-)

Beautiful and peaceful place in the heart of Tuscany

We stayed two weeks here in Il Frantoio. The location is amazing. The surroundings are very tranquil. The house was well maintained and well equipped. The pool and surrounding area were clean and well maintained. Wonderful flowers in the garden and beautiful scenary. We would definitely go back here.

Lovely property with helpful friendly owners, comfortable and well equipped. Off the beaten track and a fair bit of travel to visit places.if your okay with driving upgrade to a 5 star but for us it's a 4 , but only due to location , wish I could give it 4.5 Highly recommended in any case

magnifique séjour en toscane

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au "vecchio mulino" qui bénéficie d'une situation géographique parfaite afin de réaliser les visites touristiques des villes aux alentours. Le logement ainsi que le jardin et la piscine sont parfaitement entretenus. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil de la part d'Ilaria qui nous a également fourni de précieux conseils quant aux visites à mener lors de notre séjour. Une adresse à recommander sans retenue !!! Nous nous sommes rendus au village de Radicondoli afin de déguster les très bonnes pizzas du restaurant La Pergola et avons fait de belles découvertes de San Gimignano, Volterra, Sienne, Florence....

My host Ilaria was very lovely - she kindly came and rescued us from the local tourist information office. The apartment is located about 1 km from Belforte and 5 km from Radicondoli and 30 from San Gimignano making a car an absolute necessity. We had access to the pool which was clean and well maintained. There is a lovely courtyard in front which provided a well needed spot to relax in the evening. Ilaria provided instructions for operational things like the wifi, gas burner, restaurants, supermarket etc. which was very useful. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It is quiet and out of the way - I recommend this listing. Thank you Ilaria

ur stay in Vecchio Mulino was just perfect

Our stay in Vecchio Mulino was just perfect! Two rooms, a nice pool a fantastic view on agriturism, Oliviers... Ilaria and her family were perfect for us and especially for our kids who were delighted too. Perfect location next to Radicondoli, wonderful landscape... We would like to go back there soon. Davvero accogliente diverimento e relax

Grazie a Ilaria per averci accolti con tanta disponibilità, gentilezza e buoni consigli. L'appartamentino é raffinato, caratteristico, silenzioso, spazioso e pulito; la piscina ed il giardino incantevoli ci siamo trovati benissimo. We really enjoyed our stay at Vecchio Mulino Farmhouse. Ilaria was there when we arrived and was very welcoming. The apartment is quite large and has a private terrace. The location is fantastic! It is nearby excellent restaurants and all the sites we wanted to visit. Overall, very happy with our choice to stay there. Grazie Ilaria!
