Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft war leider sehr enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft war klar, dass vieles nicht wie beschrieben war: Der Parkplatz war extrem eng und gefährlich, unser Auto wurde beim Rangieren beschädigt. Der Garten war ungepflegt, mit herumliegenden Baumaterialien, was besonders mit Kind alles andere als sicher war. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Reinigungsmittel, wir mussten mit einem kaputten Besen versuchen, sauber zu machen.Besonders schlimm war das Bett: eine durchgelegene Matratze und ein klumpiges, altes Kissen, an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken.Ich bin alleinerziehend, das war unser einziger Urlaub im Jahr, für den wir lange gespart haben. Statt Erholung gab es Stress, Enttäuschung und sogar finanzielle Schäden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen, ein fairer Ausgleich oder irgendein Entgegenkommen seitens HappyRentals blieb leider aus.Eine Erfahrung, die uns emotional wie finanziell sehr belastet hat, und die man wirklich niemandem wünscht.
