Wonderful apartment right around the corner from everything (beach, restaurants, food market, shopping, etc.). We stayed 3 weeks and could have stayed more. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Thanks so much to Tina and to "Jack", her nephew, for being great hosts and for a truly unforgettable experience.

Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin und einer Dolmetscherin sehr nett empfangen!Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine angemessene Größe! Es sind zwei Badezimmer vorhanden, was mit mehreren Personen von Vorteil ist. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und Außenjalousien.Die Lage ist hervorragend, zwei Minuten zum Strand und eine Minute zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Bäcker. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung, Weingläser, Bier- und Schnapsgläser haben leider gefehlt.Es gab leider auch keinen Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 bellissimi giorni in questo appartamento, ottimo da tutti i punti di vista: ben arredato, cucina completa di tutto, moderno, spazioso e soleggiato, in una posizione privilegiata per la vicinanza al mare e il centro di Alassio. Perfekt!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt! Von Klammern um Wäsche aufzuhängen, eine Spülmaschine und eine Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr! Das war die erste Ferienwohnung die wir bisher angemietet haben, die sinnvoll und praktisch eingerichtet war! Moderne Möbel die man auch benutzen kann, Esstisch der vergößert werden kann, einen TV der funktioniert und in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage war perfekt, nur paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße ein kleiner Supermarkt! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern, es gab genug Platz für alle.

Nel complesso ottima per compagnia e meteo, non buona per guasto riscaldamento(sopperito parzialmente con pompa calore) e per sveglia al mattino ore 5 per apertura bar sottostante.

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Ein Sommerurlaub in einer sehr schönen, zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung! Der Strand ist "nebenan, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind fussläufig erreichbar, ebenfalls das "Budello" von Alassio. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Nachts kann es etwas laut sein, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist kaum noch etwas zu hören.

Vi hadde en flott uke i Alassio. Vi var en familie på fire personer, og vi hadde alt vi trengte i leiligheten. Leiligheten hadde en veldig fin beliggenhet bare ca. 200 meter fra stranden.

Esperienza ottima

Siamo stati nella casa della sig.ra Tina, persona molto gentile e disponibile, con le nostre due bambine ed eravamo in tutto 5 adulti. Casa con tutti i comfort non manca nulla a due passi dal budello e dalla spiaggia. Comodissima e molto pulita. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser großzügigen Wohnung. Es ist alles da was zu einem perfekten Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Excellent stay

We stayed in the apartment for one week with the family and had an excellent time. The place is spacious, modernised, equipped with everything we could ask for (even a washing mashine and a dishwasher that came very handy) and perfectly located. We also appreciated the chance to book a garage, because parking can be tricky during busy times. We’re planning to go back to Alassio and would definitely chose the same place again.

Bellissima vacanza in famiglia

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento della signora Tina è andato benissimo, la casa corrisponde alle aspettative ed è molto comoda sia come spazi che come dotazione di elettrodomestici e accessori. La posizione è invidiabile, tranquilla sebbene davvero a qualche minuto dal lungomare e vicina a ogni servizio utile (ad esempio il supermercato si trova sotto casa a pochi passi). La gestione della casa anche con l'aiuto della signora Alessandra è ottima e sono entrambe davvero disponibili. Consigliatissimo!
