Furthermore, the studio is part of a complex with first-class facilities: a large communal swimming pool accessible for people with reduced mobility and a common terrace with garden furniture and a bar for leisure and socialising moments (refreshments not included).



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.
