The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric double oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and living/dining room with dining seating for eight people, a Smart TV, DVD player and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking with electric car charging point. Within 2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A hairdryer is provided. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: The garden is enclosed but not secure.
