Lovely apartment with wonderful views and pool

Lovely accommodation with beautiful views, but need to be reasonably fit to walk up the hill to the apartment Excellent pool and surrounding. The apartment was a little tired, but I was clean and I have had everything you needed for our stay

Mojacar September

Great location, fabulous views, good wifi in property & huge terrace area. Large 2 bedroom apt, easy parking...I would use a car in summer due to steep hill, complex was very clean and tranquil Good swimming pool, very clean Wouldn't hesitate to book again

La atención por parte de la persona encargada del check-in muy bien, el apartamento bonito y en una zona tranquila pero al llegar ya se nos advirtió que el aire acondicionado a veces dejaba caer una gotita de agua y que el vecino de abajo había tenido desperfectos por "la gotita". Dos de los tres aparatos de aire que había estaban estropeados, el del salón chorreaba agua (no una gotita), de hecho aparecieron las vecinas de abajo quejándose de que les caía agua,y el de la habitación dejó de funcionar y al día siguiente empezó a funcionar de nuevo pero refrigerando muy poco y perdiendo también "una gotita". Puestos en contacto con el responsable, nos atendió amablemente y al cabo de 48 h trajo un técnico que se limitó a comprobar que la instalación estaba mal hecha y que él no podía hacer nada en ese momento. Opino que a todos nos puede surgir un problema o avería, pero esto era algo conocido (se nos advirtió al llegar) y el apartamento se alquiló así y supongo que se continuó alquilando porque a nosotros se nos dijo que teníamos que dejarlo antes de las 11 para que los limpiaran para los siguientes inquilinos. Creo que si tienes un problema de ese tipo antes de seguir alquilando deberías solucionarlo, la gente paga un precio que considera justo por lo que lee en un anuncio y no tiene por qué sufrir situaciones de este tipo.

Fantastisk beliggende lejlighed

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed. Vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Du kan se solopgangen fra sengen. Sol på altanen fra den står op ca. 8:00 og til den går ned omkring 18:15. Og der var varmt nok til at side her allerede fra kl. 9:00-9:30 (05.-15. januar). Der bør investeres i nye hynder til stolene, og hynder til solsengene, da vi tilbragte mange timer på altanen. En del gode restauranter i gå-afstand. Naturparken syd for byen er helt fantastisk og her kan man gå nogle gode ture. Det er meget svært at finde lejligheden på Google Maps. Der bør oplyses at lejligheden ligger for enden af Calle Jesus de Perceval og at nr. 23 er sidste bebyggelse på venstre hånd. Endvidere bør det oplyses, at det er lejlighed nr. 2 på anden sal. Det vil være optimalt, hvis der ligger en engelsk vejledning i lejligheden med de mest basale informationer, da den person (flink og venlig), som møder dig ikke kan ét ord på engelsk.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet location yet close to all local amenities. The outstanding feature is the large south facing terrace with both sea and mountain views. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal Location

The apartment is in an ideal place for visiting the main attractions/restaurants in Mojacar. The balcony is ideal for all day sunshine and large enough to accommodate 4 people.

Peace and Quiet

We stayed for 4 weeks in June and loved everything about this apartment. The views from the very generous sized balcony were amazing - we could lie in bed and see the sea! The pool is fabulous, a definite plus and a good size for 'proper' swimming. The kitchen is well equipped, we ate in a few times a week, but there are several excellent restaurants nearby. However, the best thing about this lovely apartment is the peace and quiet, just the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below and birdsong. There is very little light pollution so the balcony is great for stargazing. We had a wonderful stay!

amazing view in a lovely quiet area

Comfortable and very clean apartment . The terrace is large with fabulous views of the mountains and the sea . Table ,chairs and sunloungers all provided for use on the terrace. There is a WM and DW but i did not use these appliances . The swimming pool area is wonderful .Only saw a handful of people around the pool whilst we were there

Recently returned from a 1 week stay at the apartment. We were met by Virginia who was very friendly and helpful. Even though we spoke next to no Spanish we managed very well with Google translate and the universal language of thumbs up. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we need

The terrace view is worth dealing with that hill.

Good location with lots of bar/restaurants along the Paseo. Once you walk down the hill you can go in either direction ( turn right towards the Hotel Best Pueblo or left towards Parque Commercial. It's a steep hill but we managed it okay. Takes 9 mins from bottom to top. Local bus service to Mojacar Pueblo or Garrucha/Vera Playa is frequent and every journey is €1.20. The view from the terrace is fantastic and private with it being the end apartment. The apartment is well equipped with just about everything you might need. Pots and pans and crokery have seen better days but they're functional. Overall, we loved it like a second home during our six week stay in September and October. A tip if you're British, we took our Firestick with an iptv subscription so we're able to get British TV, sport and films. Wifi speed is 10Mbps so no problem watching the Arsenal matches although sometimes I wished I hadn't bothered! :)

Mojacar idéal pour visiter l'Andalousie en"étoile"

Globalement Bel appartement, bien équipé avec de beaux volumes, une belle vue, une bonne exposition proche de la mer. Deux points négatifs : Difficile d'accès à pied ou en vélo ; nessecite une bonne forme physique. Pas de télévision en Français.

Nice apartment with fabulous views

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped apartment (although there was no hairdryer or kettle). Luckily my friend had the foresight to pack a hairdryer and we used a saucepan to boil water. It was very quiet and the lovely pool area was never busy. There are no sun beds or chairs by the pool. We did not have a car and arrived by shuttle bus from the airport. Luckily a friend met us and took us to the apartment from the main road because we would not have been able to get our cases up the very steep hill!!! It is at least a 10 minute climb and therefore you really need a car. The picture shows the lower part of the hill but in reality there are a further 3 hills to tackle. We had a problem finding the address and so phoned the lady who was waiting with the keys. Unfortunately she spoke no English so we were driving around for a while before we found it (thank goodness for our friend) Once we were there we had a great time BUT the downside was the trek up the hill

Fantastico apartamento-Fantasticas vistas

Bonito apartamento con todo lo que puedas necesitar, muy tranquilo con maravillosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Todo tal como se dice en el anuncio y muy de agradecer el detalle del aire acondicionado en el apartamento. Los propietarios siempre localizables, respondieron rapidamente a todas las consultas que les hicimos. Y gracias a Virginia (la señora encargada del chek-in y del apartamento) por su amabilidad. En resumen gracias por permitirnos disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones sin problemas

großzügiges Apartment in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem herrlichen Apartment in Mojacar verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich top, auf einer kleinen Anhöhe gelegen, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Absolute Ruhelage und trotzdem ist man mitten in Mojacar. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig - vor allem die Terrasse ist genial. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Vermieter ist absolut hilfsbereit und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab. Kaputter Toaster wurde prompt ersetzt! ;) Die Strände in Mojacar sind ein Traum - Anfang Juni muss man allerdings mit kühlen Winden rechnen, war zumindest bei uns der Fall. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Urlaubserfahrung, bei der es an nichts fehlt! Danke, an Alfredo und seine Familie! :)

Wonderful apartment

Just returned from a months stay in this apartment.Spacious well equipped and comfortable.Huge terrace with amazing sea and moutain views.Lovely communal pool very well looked after and only the 2 of us there most days. The hill to reach the apartment is very steep but worth the walk for those views Smooth handover of keys from Virginia lovely lady and communication with Alfredo and his son Alexandro was great. Overall a wonderful stay in an apartment in a beautiful place,Mojacar is a real Spanish gem.

What a fantastic apartment,we were there for 6weeks and it felt like home, the apartment had all the facilities needed and wonderful view, as mentioned in earlier reviews it is up a hill but we are certainly a lot fitter.Alfredo was very easy to deal with and no problems with getting keys etc,

Everything you need is at this lovely apartment.

My wife and I stayed here for six weeks. There is everything here so when you arrive unpack and put the kettle on for a cup of tea (only one thing no kettle ) and most of Brits do like tea. Having said that this is a lovely apartment with beautiful sea and mountain views. The owners are the most helpful and efficient that I have had dealings with so what is not to like. Would I come back? Yes without a second thought and thank you for making it a memorable stay.

Very good holiday apartment

Clean and spacious apartment with an excellent terrace with sea and mountain views. It is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill in a quiet location. It is ten minute stroll down to the sea front and a 15 minute walk uphill to get back but it is worth it to enjoy the views and the tranquility. Just some minor niggles, there was no electric kettle so you needed to boil a pan of water to make tea/coffee. The TV only has Spanish programmes, however, if you have a laptop you can connect to the TV with an HDMI cable so you can watch previously downloaded content. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Mojacar and we would certainly re-book if we returned to the area.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped. It has a fantastic terrace offering sea and mountain views.

I had booked this apartment for 5 weeks during September/October and various friends and relatives stayed with me during this period. They all thought Mojacar was a fantastic place to stay for the more 'mature' person. It's restaurants are exceptional and menu del dia/noche cannot be beaten on price. A number of bars on the beach front also had live bands each weekend which were well attended and great fun. As in previous reviews the only negative is the hill to the apartment but you then have fantastic views and the location is very peaceful.
