An apartment on the sixth floor of the Spirit de Mojacar urbanization. It overlooks the mountains of La Parata and Las Cabreras but also has fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment contains a room, a bathroom, living / dining room and kitchen. There is access to the apartment in the garden areas on the ground floor and has a parking space in the community garage.

The community has a communal pool and the gardens are very well maintained. The urbanization is a short distance from the beach.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Relaxing stay using the large balcony to sunbathe in peace.

Apartment with all mod cons, but best of all is the wrap around balcony which we used with the supplied sun loungers nearly every day. It was so peaceful we only went out for shopping and evening meals, and back to the home from home apartment.

Muy agradable

Muy bonito apartamento y muy bien equipado. La cocina con todo el menaje necesario. La terraza espectacular así como las vistas. El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de techo nos salvaron de la ola de calor. Las fotos tal cual es la realidad. Debbie pendiente de nuestra llegada y una vez que la necesitamos respuesta inmediata. En resumen muy buena experiencia.

Great stay

Great property for what we were after, good location, the wrap around balcony is a huge plus. All the bits and pieces mentioned by a previous review had all been addressed. If you had to stay in some evenings, loads of CDs, DVDs videos, books, games etc to keep you occupied.

Overall a good stay

The property is clean and spacious with a huge balcony and great views all around. The location was good if you are fit as it’s a 10 min hike up the hill. The complex the apartment is in has long windowless corridors which gives it a strange atmosphere but ok if you walk around the outside to the apartment. The kitchen facilities were a little sparse with no wash up sponge, dishwasher tablets or washing powder to name but a few, not even a small welcome pack with water. When you are only there a week you don’t want to be buying these things. The apartment is also a little tired in places but overall we had a nice stay.

VACACIONES PERFECTAS

El apartamento se correspondía totalmente con el anuncio de la página, con una terraza enorme y unas vista increíbles al mar y a la montaña. Todo muy limpio y bien equipado. La chica que nos atendió el primer día, muy agradable y nos explico todo correctamente. Por poner un pero, solo decir que a veces del wc salía un olor desagradable a tuberías. En general, todo perfecto, para repetir nuevamente.

Fantástica terraza

Apartamento moderno con gusto. Cómodo. Muy bien ubicado, a unos 300 metros playa y paseo marítimo en cuesta. Terraza espectacular donde siempre hay sombra para hacer comidas y con vistas tanto a la montaña como a la playa.
