Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment situated in the well maintained urbanisation of Señorio de Capistrano, located just above the well known Capistrano village.



The apartment is on the ground floor but in an elevated position from the garden area, of a small block of apartments, built and furnished to a very high standard. It has amazing views of the coast and is part of a small urbanisation which has its own tropical gardens and pretty communal pool.



The apartment is built over one level and comprises of the following; an entrance hall that leads on to a spacious and beautifully furnished lounge with patio doors leading on to a large south-east facing terrace (60m2) with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining, from here there are amazing views of the sea and the coast of Nerja. The kitchen is separate from the lounge and is fully fitted with modern units, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and the others have single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There are 2 complete bathrooms (one en suite), both have baths with overhead showers. There is hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the apartment and free wifi.



There is an underground parking space for those with a car.
