Apartment for 6 guests on the ground floor of a recently-renovated and finely furnished complex in San Pietro in Bevagna. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv. Pets are allowed.

The
holiday home is on the raised ground floor and is independent. It opens
into a corridor which leads to the rooms in the apartment.
The apartment consists of a four-bed room with double bed, bunk bed and ceiling fan, large living room
with kitchen and two pull-out twin-sized beds, dining table and tv. The
air conditioning is in the living room. Moreover, there is a full
bathroom.

Residence Flamingo is within walking distance from the beautiful beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna.
The
complex is near worth visiting locations for the nature lovers, such as
the Chidro river mouth and the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci, a
protected oasi where you can catch sight of the beautiful pink flamingos
and many more bird species. Beyond the dunes along the salt mines,
there is a long sandy beach.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
