Presenting a newly decorated and fully furnished 3 Bedroom house. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Warwick University, Cannon Park shopping park and Tile Hill train station. Ideal place to stay if you’re visiting the area for leisure, study or work.

The house is in a nice neighbourhood outside of Coventry, peaceful and with views open to countryside. There is a private drive where you can park your car safely. You have full access to the rear garden and decking area is provided with seating for 4-6 people. There is washing machine with dryer and washing detergent is provided for use. Fridge Freezer have plenty of space for the storage of your weekly shopping and more !
Families with small children.. you're covered.
There is gate installed at the top of stairs. We can provide high chair, Chicco next2me bedside cot and pushchair on request.
