There are two bedrooms in the house, each furnished with a double bed, making it suitable for either couples or a small family. A climate-friendly heat pump has been installed, which ensures a pleasant indoor temperature year-round, offering both heating during cooler days and cooling during the summer months. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living room is a cozy gathering space with free WiFi, a stereo system, and a TV that includes several German channels. In addition, a Chromecast is provided so you can stream your own favorite movies and shows directly from your tablet or smartphone. Step outside and you will find a screened, covered terrace that invites you to relax on sunny days, enjoy leisurely barbecues, or simply unwind with a good book. The natural plot around the house provides plenty of space for outdoor play and recreation, with a football goal set up in the garden for young players. Marielyst also offers a wide range of leisure activities, from mini golf, cycling paths, and nature trails to cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
