The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), located just 10 minutes away by car or taxi. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg, and the property is conveniently located near local bus stops, providing easy access to Luxembourg City and nearby areas. Luxembourg Gare Centrale train station is also a short drive away, connecting you to national and international destinations.

Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

Excellent location

This was the perfect location to see many sights. The owner was great to communicate with & we especially appreciated the videos showing us where everything in the apartment was. The place is light & comfortable & a small grocery store steps from the apartment made it very convenient to grab food and drinks. We will definitely stay again!

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans l appartement Ă  4 pendant 2 jours. Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec une belle terrasse. FacilitĂ© d accĂšs Ă  Luxembourg ville avec les bus Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Une boulangerie est aussi facilement accessible ainsi que la supĂ©rette au RDC de l appartement qui est trĂšs pratique. La propretĂ© de l appartement est moyenne, surtout au niveau du canapĂ© et de la salle de bain. Il ne faut pas ĂȘtre maniaque. L abattant de WC est toujours mal fixĂ© comme vu dans un prĂ©cĂ©dent commentaire. Il y a une route trĂšs passante du cĂŽtĂ© des chambres mais les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es le bruit est bien attĂ©nuĂ©. L aĂ©roport est Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate mais franchement il n y a pas de nuisance sonore. Il n y a pas de WC sĂ©parĂ©s comme indiquĂ© dans l annonce, ce qui n est pas forcĂ©ment pratique Ă  4. Une machine Ă  laver a Ă©tĂ© installĂ©e Ă  la place du WC sĂ©parĂ©. Contrairement Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© dans l annonce, notre contact au niveau de l agence de gestion de l appartement ne parle pas du tout français mais en anglais. Machine Ă  cafĂ© Nespresso HS et pas d autre cafetiĂšre de disponible. Une place de parking en sous sol et l on peut assez facilement trouver une place pour garer une seconde voiture Ă  l extĂ©rieur.

Escapade au Luxembourg en famille

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement proche du centre, facilement accessible en bus. Nous avons visité le centre ville, et les différents quartiers en nous y rendant en bus. Nous avons également visité en voiture la vallée des 7 chùteaux. Nous avons apprécié la taille de l appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, le parking privé, la terrasse. Les points à améliorer : le tuyau du pommeau de douche fuit, la lunette des toilettes n'est pas bien fixée, la lumiÚre du miroir de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Mettre à disposition du liquide vaisselle serait appréciable. Propreté à l intérieur des tiroirs laisse à désirer. La terrasse n était pas du tout accueillante: les coussins sales étaient entassés dans un coin, le barbecue gorgé d eau, les vitres trÚs sales... ProblÚme de clés à l arrivée : qu une seule clé dans la boßte à clés. Heureusement cela a été réglé mais dommage pour le stress occasionné...

Een heel mooi appartement met alle benodigdheden

Het appartement was keurig verzorgd en uitgerust. Alles was aanwezig. en met de lift of trappenhuis goed bereikbaar. Parkeren in de ondergrondse privé parking. In online video's werd alles goed uitgelegd. Mooie omgeving en een prima uitvalsbasis om andere steden en dorpjes te bezoeken. Helaas werden we op de aankomst dag wél onaangenaam verrast door het schoonmaakpersoneel dat veel te laat was gestart. Onze incheck was 15:00 uur, maar om 16:25 uur kwamen zij pas het appartement uit. We hebben dus bijna anderhalf uur geen gebruik kunnen maken van het appartement. Vreemde situatie en geen enkel excuus of iets dergelijks. Dat was erg teleurstellend.
