This wonderful villa has 4 bedrooms where three of them offer two single beds and the main one a double bed, as well as an in-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances: it has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, among others. It also has a comfortable and spacious main dining room where you can celebrate the main meals of the day with your guests.

The living room is very spacious and offers two large armchairs, in different environments, for greater comfort and rest. You can enjoy a large 75-inch Smart TV and fiber optic internet connection.

Both from the kitchen and the living room you can access the large terrace that Villa Sun Cay has. Relax with a swim in its large swimming pool 10 meters long by 4 meter wide, heated at an extra cost, and enjoy a barbecue with an outdoor dining table or the chill-out area while you watch the sunset with the peace and silence that transmits the Valley.

This Villa has another full bathroom, outside toilet in the pool area, safe, air conditioning in both the master bedroom and the living room and private access from the main road with capacity for up to 4 cars.

Villa Sun Cay is located after kilometer 9 of the Cercados de Espino general road, a valley halfway between the Pajar de Arguineguín area and the Soria dam where calm abounds and tranquility is breathed. Both Puerto Rico and Maspalomas are 20 minutes away by car and Arguineguín town about 10 minutes away. Here you can find all kinds of facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a health center.

Pool features

Rectangular shape with roman steps and stainless steel stairs to get in and out of the pool, pool heating service available from mid october 2022 (optional service with a surcharge) and from 0.95 meter to 2,10 meters deep, 9 meters long and 4,5 meters wide.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 14 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 1.500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A pet is allowed with a surcharge of 100 € for the entire stay, along with an additional pet security deposit of 200 €.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
