The 3-room house spans 100 square meters and is spread across two levels. The living/dining room features satellite TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, providing access to the terrace and swimming pool. The second bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additional amenities include a bath/bidet/WC, safe, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.
